He was predeceased by: his parents, J. D. Marion and Etta Marion; and his brothers, John Marion and Medford Marion. He is survived by: his wife Judy Marion (Armstrong); his sons, Kevin Marion (David Vannier) and Kelly Marion (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Toby Marion, Darby Marion, Mikayla Marion and Brody Marion; his stepgrandchildren, E. J. Murati and Larianna Murati; and his sisters, LaNita Vaughn and Laura Ellis.
