He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby Bolster and Harold Bolster. He is survived by: his children, Vanessa Blaylock (Brian Bolster), Jessica Wadkins and Devonn Kirby; his siblings, Sharon Siewert (Bert) of Temecula, Theodora Correll of Cedar Hill, Allen Bolster (Elaine) of Fullerton, Carol Bolster of Waxahachie and Daniel Bolster (Marla) of Waxahachie, Texas; and his close friend Dana Perry. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
