He is survived by: his wife Lena Bollman; his daughters, Jennifer Huddle (Derek) of Waxahachie, TX and Tanya Anthony (Chad) of Forney, TX; his stepson James Hearon (Andria) of Milford, TX; his grandchildren, Mikayla Cleavelin, Landrie Anthony, Jessica Huddle, Emily Campbell, Ashley Hearon, Cheyenne Lewis and Kelcey VanZandt; his brother-in-law Carey Ellis; and his siblings, Ginger Ticknor and Richard Bollman. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Jerry's honor to the American Heart Association or the VA North Texas Health Care System.
