He is survived by: his former wife Joann Cooke; his children, Pamela Jo, Alan Brent and Monty James Osborn; his friend Billy Mack Ham; his daughter Pam Essman (Jim Essman); his grandson Shon Essman (Chrissy); his great grandchild Cade; his daughter Wendy; his great grandchild Dylan Essman; his granddaughter Chaleen Essman Spencer (Troy); his great grandchildren, Margo, Meredith and Lauren; his daughter Rhonda Simpson; his granddaughter Karah Brooks (Matt); his great grandchildren, Henry Hays and Elias; his granddaughter Holly Hicks; his great grandchildren, Chloe, Cullen and Deegan; his granddaughter Stacy Hargrove Rivera (Eddie Rivera); his great grandchildren, Lexie, Cameron and Zane; his granddaughter Presley Osborn; his siblings, Randall Osborn, Martha Powell, Laura Gay Nelson and Carolyn Ward; his sister-in-law Cynthia Osborn; and also, Corbin and Drew. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
