It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Hugh Maddox of Waxahachie, Texas, who passed away on July 12, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mothers, Mary Jeanette and Elva Hugh Maddox; his wife LeeRuth; his daughter Mary LeeAnn; and his sister Sara Brooks.

He is survived by: his children, Rachel (Vivek), Rebekah and Joel Maddox (Tina); his grandchildren, Caylee, Blake, Brooke, Justin and Kirti; and his sister Janice Hough (Robert). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
