He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Ray and Bessie Mae Annis (Fickland). He is survived by: his wife Shirley Annis; his children, Shellie Hack (Michael), Donnie Annis (Lisa), Dawn Delagrange, Shane Delagrange (Elinor) and Amy Essex (Tommy); and his siblings, George Kempson (Marsha), Jerry Annis, Duke Kempson and Francis Hurt. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.
