It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hershel Edward Carman (Waxahachie, Texas), who passed away on June 30, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Katie Carman and Everett Carman. He is survived by: his wife Frances Carman; his children, John Carman (Kim) and Yolanda Craig (Randy); his granddaughters, Brandie Hernandez (Teddy) and Chastidy Meyer; and his siblings, Hubert Carman, Jerry Carman and Doris Millis. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
