It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herbert Hiett (Waxahachie, Texas), who passed away on May 30, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Katie Mae Hall and Edgar Allen Hiett; his wife Edith Hiett; and his siblings, James, Edgar, Henry, Esther, Ruth, Ruby and Katy Mae.
He is survived by: his son Daniel Hiett (Joyce); his stepdaughter Sunny Letot; his children, Joe Hiett (Mary), Ruth Breugaman, David Hiett (Nancy), Naomi McEneely (Brian) and Joshua Hucker (Tracy); his grandchildren, Jennifer Hiett and Joshua Hiett (Heather); and his great grandchildren, Nora Hiett and Carolyn Perkins.
