She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Mitchell and Louise Mitchell; her husband Freddy G. Harper; and her brother John Virgil Mitchell. She is survived by: her children, Carolyn A. Duncan, Kenneth Ray Harper (Janet), Dennis Gene Harper (Martha) and Kevin Neal Harper (Judy); and her sister Peggy Brown. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, Fourteen great-grandchildren and several nieces & nephews.
