He is survived by: his former wife Bettye Moyers; his children, Timothy James Bulkley (Sally) and Deana Bulkley Wright (Sterling); his grandchildren, Timothy James Bulkley, Jr. (Amanda), David Bulkley, Allison Bulkley, Hayley Wright (Robert) and Lyssie Wright; his great grandchild Timothy James'Tripp'Bulkley, III; and his sisters, Bonnie Sauer, Louise Williams and Mary Landgraff.
