He is survived by: his sons, Greg Head (Jakki), Steven Head Knowles (Bonnie) and Mark Green (Milynda); his son-in-law Donny Fisher; his daughters, Donna Head and Angela Green (Jerry); his grandchildren, Carson Knowles, Brittany Head, Jennifer Fisher, Emily Fisher, Derek Chiles, Blake Albert, Somer Albert, Cheyanne Stephens and Ambre Severson; and his great grandchildren, Lance, Zackary Chiles, Ryan Gomez, Brett, Aiden Nielson, Elijah Prather, Lucas Wasden, Lilly Betancourt, Avery Stephens, Aubrielle Santos, Aleena Cervantez and Kaylee Wasden.
