She was predeceased by: her parents, John T. Bolton and Florence B. Bolton; and her siblings, Gloria Jean Owens and James Patrick Bolton. She is survived by: her spouse Jerry Lynn Duncan; and her children, Kay Lynn Blair (Randy Blair) and Jerry Duncan. She is also survived by four nieces, cousins and numerous lifelong friends.
