She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Kriska and Mary Kriska (Honza); her husband Alvin Kubin; and her brother Billy Kriska. She is survived by: her children, Karen (Dwayne Gist) of Plano, Michael Kubin of Ennis, Julie (Harter Ryan) of McKinney and Kristi (Mark Vitek) of McKinney; her grandchildren, Gillian Ryan of Denver and Griffin Ryan of New Orleans; her brother Eugene Kriska of Bardwell; and her sister-in-law Irene Kriska of Ennis. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Boze-Mitchell-McKibbin Funeral Home (800 S Kaufman St, Ennis, TX 75119). A rosary was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church (401 E Lampasas St, Ennis, TX 75119). A burial was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at the St. Joseph Cemetery (300 S Jeter Dr, Ennis, TX 75119).
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to Catholic Cemetery Trust, 806 S. Paris Street, Ennis, Texas.
