We are sad to announce that on April 12, 2023, at the age of 79, Gary Paul Richter (Waxahachie, Texas), born in Fergus Falls, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Richter and Eunice Richter; and his siblings, Gale Richter and Julane Richter Carter. He is survived by: his wife Carol Fox Richter; his children, Shawn Richter (Wanda) of Whitby, Ontario, Melissa of Sarnia, Ontario and Dallas of Toronto, Ontario; and his sisters, Judy Johnson of Fergus Falls, MN and Janet Ruud of Fargo, ND. He is also survived by six grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
