He is survived by: his wife Jean; his children, Christopher Consalus (Shannon), Lisa Consalus Vail (Brandon) and Cindy Consalus Forsythe (Jason); his grandchildren, Brandon Consalus, Kaylee Consalus Kepler (Matthew), Corrigan Consalus, Legend Vail, Elle Forsythe, Ian Forsythe and Isla Forsythe; his siblings, Madge Consalus Meyer of Venice and Patrick Consalus (Lynn) of Lake St; and his caregivers, Stephanie, Jennifer and Loran. He is also survived by many nieces, and nephews.
