He was predeceased by: his parents, Doyle Gene Stepp Sr. and Marjorie Deloris Jefferis; his stepmother Shirley Keene; and his sister Ethel. He is survived by: his brothers, Jeffery Doyle Stepp and Doyle Gene "Bubba" Stepp, Jr.; his stepsiblings, Beverly Graue and David Roy; and his nieces and nephews, Jennifer, Jessica, Lisa, Samantha, Landon, Lewis, Josh, Robert and Jack. He is also survived by several aunts and other extended family.
