She was predeceased by: her parents, Evelyn Skillen (Martin) and George Levelle Skillen; her husband Emmett Horace Bratcher; and her sister-in-law Allyne Carroll. She is survived by: her sister Erma Fuller; her nephews, William J. Ratcliff Jr. and Mike Fuller (Debbie); her niece Nancy Brown; her great-niece Jennifer Adams (Tray); and her great-nephews, Booth Beckett and Michael Fuller. She is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
