We are sad to announce that on January 17, 2024, at the age of 83, Donald Marion Nelson (Waxahachie, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Nelson and Oscar Nelson; his aunt Dorothy; his uncle Vernon Nelson of Hillsboro; his in-laws, Ila and Troy Daniel; and his sister Bonnie Delashaw.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Ilene Daniel of Waxahachie; his sons, Greg (Kelly) of Montgomery, TX, Gary (Amy) of Frisco, TX and Grant (Jessica) of Waxahachie; his grandchildren, Courtney (Rob Neuenschwander), Megan (Brandon Bludau), Daniel Nelson, Noah Nelson, Mila Nelson and Brigg Nelson; and his great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Blakely, Asher, Beckett and Logan.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the ALS Association or Pathway Baptist Church.
