He was predeceased by: his parents, Adyleen Kemp (Bledsoe) and Henderson "Dick" Kemp; his wife Lois Marie McCoy Kemp; his grandson Kreg Jamison Kemp; and his son-in-law Mike Lynn.
He is survived by: his children, Michael (Linda Kemp), Donna David and Jill Lynn; his siblings, Richard Kemp (Martha) and Shelley Kemp (Joe Goff); and his sister-in-law Bernice Lewis. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
