He is survived by: his wife Marina Monsanto; his son Hugo Monsanto (Sloan); his grandchildren, Tyler and Christian; his sons, Bernie Monsanto and Nicolas Monsanto (Meghann); his grandchildren, Abigail and Alex; and his sisters, Beatrice Mata and Helena Ortiz. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces and cousins.
