He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles "Charlie" Franklin Stevenson and Mattie Lou Reagor; and his brother Ray (Carla). He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his stepchildren, David and Dean Splawn of Reagor Springs; and his children, Andy (Lorie) of Boyd, TX, Lori Brookshire (Mike) of Fort Worth, TX and Ted of Boyd, TX.. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

Dale Stevenson's passing has left a void in the lives of those who knew him, and his contributions to his community and his country will be deeply missed.
