He is survived by: his sons, David Smart of Murfreesboro, Tennessee and Donnie (Dawn Smart) of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; his grandsons, Evan, Joseph and Landon; his brother Duane Smart; and his nieces and nephews, Jackie Moore, Debra Hein, Jennifer Cummings, Dale Moore and Chester Moore.
