He was predeceased by: his parents, Lois Julia Summerlin and Olan Wilson; and his siblings, Lucille Bonner and R. O. Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Iris Wilson of Waxahachie; his sisters, Marie Smith of Keene and Estelle Braun of Scammon, Kansas.; his siblings-in-law, Kirsten AbouZeid, Anne Saffran and Jochen Feldmann of Germany; his children, Chrissie Taylor (Heath) and Bobby Wilson of Waxahachie; his grandchildren, Madison Power (Evan), Rance Taylor, Lily Wilson and Olan Wilson; and his great grandchildren, Ruby and Lola Power.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Orange Out, a local non-profit and faith based foundation in which the purpose is to help families going through childhood cancer.
