Allen Jr.; his wife Linda Hawkins; his daughters, Wendy Allen Lewis of Plano and Alicia Allen Ducote of Flower Mound; his grandchildren, Drew Allen Ducote, Blake Ridley Lewis, Katherine Jane Ducote and Claire Julia Lewis; and his brother Dr. Boo Allen (Ras).
