He was predeceased by: his parents, Sebastiana Reyes (Pineda) and Joaquin Reyes; and his siblings, Lewis Reyes, Margaret Maldonado, Juana Ramos and Inez Aguilar.
He is survived by: his nieces, Delores and Lillie; his nephew John; his wife Mary Ann Reyes (Ensinia); his children, Cisco Reyes Jr., Toni Vincent (Paul), Sylvia Garza (Julian) and David Reyes (Dawn); and his grandchildren, Jason Reyes, Miranda Reyes, Thomas Vincent, Jacob Vincent, Zachary Vincent, Julian Michael Garza and Ashley Mohammad. He is also survived by five great grandchildren and many beloved cousins and friends.
