He was predeceased by: his parents, Carrie Frame (Miller) and Bazil Frame (Uncle Dane); and his siblings, Michael "Butch" Frame, Naomi Montgomery, Janette Scott and Rosie Minney.
He is survived by: his children, Sanya Frame-Tiambeng (Michael) and Charles E. Frame Jr. (Kristine); his grandchildren, Michael Tiambeng, Megan Tiambeng, Matthew Tiambeng, Joshua Frame (JD), Nathan Frame and Abigail Frame-Robinson (Dieon Robinson); and his former wife Susan Brown. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and half siblings.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 6:30 PM at the First Baptist Church (5744 FM 66, Maypearl, TX 76064).
