JIM D MILLER wrote a sympathy message

“Carroll Teeter was a person that was about others and not about himself. We enjoyed our first meeting on a bus trip with He and Judy to Oklahoma City and other stops to and from. They made our trip to be very memorable. Since then, there were many occasions during many friends get togethers over many years and he was always seeing that everyone was taken care of. We will miss him but can know that God had control on his last ride to Heaven. Angels will be taking charge of his life for eternity,”
