He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Johnson; and his children, Donald, Jerry, Mike, Beverly and Lisa. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Boze Mitchell McKibbin Funeral Home. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Boze Mitchell McKibbin Funeral Home Chapel. A graveside service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Forest Park West Cemetery (4000 Meriwether Rd, Shreveport, LA 71109).
