He was predeceased by: his father Bobby Glen Crabtree; his grandparents, C. W. Wimbish and Pattye Claire Wimbish; and his friend Nancy Wentlandt. He is survived by: his mother Peggy Wimbish Loftis; his sisters, Marcy Lin Crabtree and Bethany Brodeur (Mike Hudgins); his children, Lauren Crabtree and Brandon Wallace Crabtree; his niece Brittany Husted (Patrick); and his nephew Matthew Brodeur (Jacob Brodeur). He is also survived by four great nieces.

Visitation was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Boze-Mitchell-McKibbin Funeral Home Chapel (511 W Main St, Waxahachie, TX 75165). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 at the Milford Cemetery (301 Water St, Milford, TX 76670).
