He is survived by: his children, Ashlee Brookhart and Justin Brookhart; his stepchildren, Hailey Grumbles, Mercedes Grumbles and Nathan Grumbles; and his brothers, Kevin Brookhart and James Brookhart.
Billy played Santa clause at Patton Baptist Church in Valley Mills TX for 8 years, Billy said he always loved doing that, for him it was the best part of Christmas, passing out gifts to the kids, and handing out tote bags for the kids that came and donated to Toys for Tots.
