She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Hurley Wittenberg and Helon Wittenberg; and her sister Helon Jean (Clarence Edwin Hall). She is survived by: her husband James "Jim" William Redd, Sr.; her children, Teri Lyn Redd Jackson (Lonnie Lee Jackson) and James "Bill" William Redd, Jr. (Ruth Angela Redd); her grandchildren, Zachary Martin Jackson, William Cody Redd, Jordan Elaine Margotta, Kendal Colter Ramsay (William Lee Ramsay), Madison Angela Margotta and William Tanner Redd (Maria Fernanda Redd); and her niece Jennifer Hall Hackett (John Hackett). She is also survived by great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Green Funeral Home (105 Vintage Dr, Waxahachie, TX 75154). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at the Bell's Chapel Cemetery (2078 Bells Chapel Rd, Waxahachie, TX 75165).
