She is survived by: her children, Steven Layne Esselman (Ellise) of Waxahachie and Kristi Gail Esselman of Waxahachie; her daughter-in-law Bonnie Esselman of Burleson; her grandchildren, Thomas Esselman (Susan) of New Hope, Michele Esselman (Curt Nielsen), Tammy Esselman of Watauga, Evan Esselman (Linda) of Waxahachie and Andrea "Andi" Mellina (Shane) of Waxahachie; and her great grandchildren, Asher Esselman of Waxahachie, Ayla Esselman of Waxahachie, Bennett Mellina of Waxahachie and Blakely Mellina of Waxahachie.
