He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Stevens and Onnolee Stevens; and his wife Patsy Jo Stevens. He is survived by: his sister Norma Carr; his great grandchild Alea Holt; his children, Kelley Trent (David), Jamie Unger (Kevin) and Connie Stevens; his grandchildren, Bethany Trent, Kirsten Cassey, Jud Trent, Paulina Unger, Maddie Unger, Angela Schumacher, Ashley Kestler and Anthony Hutchison; his great grandchildren, Alexander, Logan, Katelyn, Asher, Wyatt and Aiden; and his great great grandchild Lealani.
