He was predeceased by: his parents, Arturo Liendo Sr. and Antonia Morales; and his wife Virginia. He is survived by: his children, Arturo III, Gabriel, Emmanuel, Nancy, Veronica, Monica and Lucia; and his siblings, Irma Flores, Genoveva Estevis, Roberto Liendo, Ernesto Liendo, Guadalupe Verastegui and Reymundo Liendo. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
