He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Jackson and Buster Jackson; his wife Marvaline "Mary" Jackson; his siblings, Cassie Riese, Foy "Jack" Jackson and Lloyd Max Jackson; and his stepson Randy Hart.

He is survived by: his children, Charles Andy Jackson and Betty Jo Bracken; his stepchildren, Gary Hart, Steve Hart (Marlena) and Ranea Hart Latham; his grandchildren, Sandy Forbes (Jerry Pirkle), Jana Alexander, Andy Jackson, Tommy Moore (Christine), Brandon Hart (Rachel), Chelsea Moore (Darren Jackson), Lyndsey Strickland (Grant), Andrea Bracken Jordan (Jordan), Kristin Jackson Flynn (Robert) and Carissa Wise; and his great grandchildren, Carson Forbes, Justice Moore, Taitum Viens, Marshall Moore, Spencer Moore, Kourtney Jackson, Colton Jackson, Lanie Kelley (Tanner), Kaylea Alexander, Matthew Duren, Dillion Duren, Ethan Flynn, Brady Flynn, Macy Wise, Addisyn Jackson, Kynzlee Jackson and Parker Strickland. He is also survived by five great great grandchildren.

A Believer, Andy and his wife attended the Cowboy Church of Waxahachie, joining his church family online after Covid.
