It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William J. Nelson Jr. of Waskom, Texas, born in Magnolia, Arkansas, who passed away on December 16, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Nelson, Sr. and Catherine Ruby Nelson; and his daughter Brooke Michelle Nelson. He is survived by: his sisters, Jackie Watson of Bossier City, LA and Wanda Tharpe (Dennis) of Waskom, TX; his grandfather Lailah Spearman of Hot Springs, AR.; and his nephews, Chris Tharpe, Jeremy Watson, Gene Kent, Richard Baird, Justin Tims and Alex Tharpe.
