She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie James "Dick" and Nettie Clavia Matthews Heard; her husband John Douglas McMillan; and her siblings, Alice Bivings, Bessie Jean Malone and F. D. Heard.
She is survived by: her daughter Delores Wigley of Woodville; and her granddaughters, Janay Wigley of Woodville and Kimber Wigley of Mexico.
