She is survived by: her husband Tommy Lee Philpot Sr. of Waskom, Texas; her children, Misty Lybarger (Kyle) of Longview, Stormy Sladaritz (Will) of Benton, Ark and Allen Hutchins (Linh) of Tyler Texas; her stepson Tommy Philpot Jr. (Whitney) of Louisville, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Dani, Sam, Zachary, Sarah, Logan, Hayley, Jakson, Memphis, Quinn, Annslee, Lilly, Silas and Violet; her brother Dr. John D. Rateliff (Janice Coulter) of Kent, Washington; her uncle Denny Smith (Nancy); her cousins, Dr. Sam Smith and Terri Darling of Little Rock; and also Aiden.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Downs Funeral Home Chapel (4608 Elysian Fields Rd, Marshall, TX 75672). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (185 Colquitt St, Waskom, TX 75692).
