He is survived by: his wife Dianne Myers Tompkins; his children, Dr. Robert Barry Tompkins (Debbie) of Lindale, TX and Lisa Tompkins Ponder (Dee) of Brandon, MS; his grandchildren, Colten Ponder (Marlee) of Midway, KY, Garrett Ponder (Jessica) of Denver, CO and Dr. Angela Cade (Wesley) of Lindale, TX.; his great grandchildren, Asher Cade, Jonah Cade and Porter Ponder; and his sisters, Betty Tompkins Hall Davis (Joe) and Shirley Tompkins Crawford of Waskom. He is also survived by nieces & nephews & numerous other family members and friends.
