She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Havard and Mary Havard. She is survived by: her husband Dean Tuggle of Waskom, Texas; and her sons, William D. Tuggle, Jr. (Lesli) of Shreveport and Greg Tuggle (Heather) of Greenwood, Louisiana. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
