She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Fowler and Pauline Quinton Lockwood; her husband John Philpot; her brothers, Doug Sawyer and Rudy Lockwood; and her grandson CJ Slade.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy Slade (Chuck) and Jeannie Carter (Wayne); her grandchildren, Lagina Reeves (Joe), Charley "Trace" Carter and John Ty Carter; her great grandchildren, Jacob, Josh, Ava Lewis, Ashley, Kiley, Logan, Aiden Reeves, Charley Vallon and Indy Rio Carter; her nephews, Michael and Brandon Lockwood; and her niece Andrea Lockwood.
