She is survived by: her parents, Paul Belt and Peggy Whitten of Longview, Texas; her husband John W. Wise III of Waskom, Texas; her sons, John W. Wise IV of Waskom, Texas and Andrew Paul Wise of Waskom, Texas; and her brother Patrick Belt (Stacy) of Longview, Texas.. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family members, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that any donations be made to Relay for Life.
