He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil E. Dulin and Mary Nell Dulin Moore; and his sister-in-law Veta Kiser. He is survived by: his wife Winnie Moore; his brothers, Jesse Moore (Joyce) and Jimmy Moore (Donna); and his sisters-in-law, Peggy Highfill, Margie Summers, Betty Loftis (Larry) and Melva Oshier. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in his honor to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
