She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Christian Matthews and Lillie Louise Helm Matthews; her sisters, Gladys Griffith and Mauriene Matthews; and her daughter Janie Jones.
She is survived by: her sons, Ronald Jones (Jennifer) and Greg Jones; her siblings, Robert Matthews and Rosalee King (Al); her grandchildren, Chris Laurence (Natalie), Cody Jones (Shelbi), Chelsa Hill (Lance), Ty Jones, Brandon Strickland and Kyle Strickland (Rachel); and her great grandchildren, Eden Laurence, Emme Laurence, Boston Jones, Jensen Jones, Easton Strickland and Tate Strickland. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the National Autism Association or Alzheimer's Association.
