He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Cecil Neeley and Sybal Shields Neeley; his brother James Neeley; his aunt Lucille; his great grandchild Kellen Rasch; his wife Genna Neeley; his children, April Neeley, David Neeley, Norma (Nelson Velasquez), Ashley (Christopher R. Pike) and Loti (Mikey Paylor); and his grandchildren, Victoria Velasquez, Waylon Pike, Ernest Paul Peterman, Crystal Peterman, Christina Rasch and Daniel Neeley.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Nobles Funeral Chapel (402 Blackshear St, Navasota, TX 77868). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Willow Hole Church (12912 Farm to Market Rd 1372, North Zulch, TX 77872). A burial will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:45 AM at the Willowhole Cemetery (12910 Farm to Market Rd 1372, North Zulch, TX 77872).
