She is survived by: her parent Irma Jeanette Woods Qualls; her spouses, Bobby Joe Perry and Lowell Thomas Keech; her daughter Kathy Perry Waters (Robert) of Washington; her grandchildren, Brandy Waters Wallace (Walt) of Washington and Justin Waters of Washington; her great grandchildren, Trey Robertson and Ashleigh Wallace; her sister Carolyn Q. McNeely (Rodney) of Statesville; and her stepchildren, Lowell Thomas Keech (Darlene) of Tennessee, Jeffery Scott Keech (Crystal) of Chocowinity and Victoria Keech Mayo of Chocowinity.
