He is survived by: his parent Thelma B. Smith; his spouse Mary Hodges; his daughters, Elaine Smith Grubb (Tom) and Dell Smith Enecks; and his sisters-in-law, Reba Smith and Shirley Greenway. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
