Rouse; his daughters, Gina Gurganus (Charles) of Washington and Tina Duckwall (Richard) of Washington; his sisters, Ernestine Driver of Chesapeake, VA and Judy Sowers (Guerman) of Grifton; and his grandchildren, Dustin Duckwall (Liza), David Gurganus (Ayla), Daniel Gurganus (Lindsey) and Danielle Duckwall.
