He is survived by: his mother Amelia Rodriquez (Tijerina) of Plainview; his wife Elke Thea Rodriquez of Lynden, Washington; his daughters, Krystal Rodriquez of Plainview, Stephanie Hernandez of San Diego and JoAmber Sifuentes of Bastrop; his stepchildren, Claudia Mata of Plainview, Sarah Agouridis of Vancouver, WA, Skye Williams of Vancouver, WA, Sophia Bentz Yzaguirre of Glenhaven, WA and Bryton Yzaguirre of Lynden, WA; his sisters, Mary Jane Rodriquez of Plainview, Sylvia Recio of Plainview, Stephanie Rodriquez of Plainview and Rebecca Ann (Tony Garcia); and his grandchildren, Max Coon and Kai Williams. He is also survived by several other grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
