She is survived by: her husband Jimmy of Warren; her children, Rodney Monk (Leann) of Warren and Tonya Turner (Duane) of Colmesneil; her sister Susan Peters Smart (Joe) of Chester; her grandchildren, Kacie Heckman (Teddy), Allicyn Monk, Mallory Monk, Jessica Fasske (Seth), Cody Turner (Bailey) and Blaine Turner; her great grandchildren, Carson, Logan, Brayden Fasske, Atley Joy, Emree Kent Heckman and Myla Turner; her niece Kelly Lee; and her nephews, Cade Fletcher, Jeremi Smart and David Smart. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
